It is now possible to sell Apple’s iPhone SE at a price that is $9999 without actually buying the device, according to a new report from CNET.

The survey was conducted by CNET, and CNET reports that the results are based on responses from a sample of 5,038 people, of whom about 6,000 were Apple customers.
According to CNET’s report, the survey showed that iPhone SE sales have surged over the last 12 months and that iPhone 7 sales are on pace to surpass $1 billion in 2017.
Apple has been under fire for its pricing practices, with some critics questioning whether it should charge the same as the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge for the iPhone SE.CNET also reports that there are now three models of iPhone 7 Plus available for purchase in the United States, which includes the iPhone 6S Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 5, and iPhone 4S.
