Which cities have the highest rates of trading paint in the U.S.?

New York City is second with a rate of 10.1 percent.

San Francisco is third with a 4.5 percent rate.

Los Angeles has the lowest rate of 1.4 percent.

The report said that as of March 2019, there were 2.7 million people living in the United States, with nearly 70 percent of them living in urban areas.

The study said the highest paint-trade rate in the country was in Philadelphia, which was 9.1 per cent.

At the other end of the spectrum, San Francisco had the lowest paint-trading rate at 0.4 per cent, with the average rate of paint trades in the city being about 4.4 cents per ounce.

The report also said that New York City has the most paint trades at $11.7 billion, followed by Philadelphia at $9.5 billion and Los Angeles at $8.6 billion.
